Have your Staffing Specialist review your screening assessment to make sure the questions are appropriate and the scoring is set up correctly.
You can also create assessments to find out about applicants knowledge about job functions. For example, you could ask a multiple choice question about using Excel to perform calculations. You could ask applicants to write an essay on what three employee qualities result in great customer service.
You would use the same screens shown in this tutorial to do this. Seek assistance from your Staffing Specialist when creating advanced assessments to rank applicants. End. |
